The Service provided in purchasing my new property was flawless: Signing the document was done remotely, Funds were transferred from bank to bank, after the deal was closed, the key for the property was left in a lock-box. All my phone calls were answered promptly. Cost: This is my 3 time I used this group of lawyers and the price was most reasonable, no extra charges or surprise payments. I would highly recommend “Real Estate Lawyers” for any property related dealings.
Very poor approach to first time clients. Someone in Support there named Sheila Ballesta sent her initial email to me notifying of all the extra charges I would have to pay for my application. Pooor approach that immediately turned me off. Can you say this firm was fired from my file immediately when I informed my broker. I would NEVER use them because of this one person’s approach. Def not a good first time experience which I have no qualms on sharing.
