This was absolutely the best experience we have ever had with a property lawyer. We d bought and sold five properties and Edward was miles above the rest. Because he focuses solely on property law, he is so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of what to look for and he caught something in his due diligence that most other lawyers wouldn’t. Additionally, on the day of closing, the fund transfers were taking longer than expected and Edward worked after hours to get us into our new home that night so we wouldn’t have to find a hotel! They also supported me in terms of getting last minute items over to the lender of a mortgage that was being particularly stubborn.
