We hired the services of KBD to fully design and implement the renovation of our 1700 sqft condo in Etobicoke. From the very beginning, Karin and her team consulted with us to determine our needs and wants and then provided us with a comprehensive design that incorporated a design and a construction plan along with a complete interior design that was not only flawless but exceeded every expectation we had. Karin's team was always on top of the project, followed the sub-trades and were always front and centre when decisions had to be made. Major renovations have been known to be very stressful but Karin has helped make our renovations one of the most stress free and enjoyable experiences so far. Also, Karin's after sales service which involved fixing and replacing some odds and ends several months after completion of the project was highly commendable. We had been following KBD for a while and liked their overall style. We decided to hire Karin and the team to complete a full home renovation and styling. We went in with high expectations and yet they were able to over deliver on results. A few things that really stood out to us was their ability to really understand the overall design style we wanted (and didn’t want). The attention to detail from beginning to end was also noteworthy. The new proposed floorpan made so much better use of the space and felt like we added square footage to the home.
