Alana + Kelly Design Co. was engaged to help us with our backyard project that included a pool and cabana. The cabana was a complex project that required variance approval from the Town and designing around an infiltration gallery. Project: 1.5 storey home Added: Full 2nd storey, 10’ addition with basement below, garage, front porch We asked Alana + Kelly to help us design the home we always wanted because the 1.5 storey, 1 bathroom, war-time home we had was just too small for our family. We loved our neighbourhood, street, backyard and so we decided a renovation was the right move. We knew (kind of) what we wanted but had NO idea where to start this process. From the moment we started working with Alana + Kelly it was like a weight was lifted and the process was more fun than stressful. They took our ideas and brought them to life! They provided suggestions, explanations and professional guidance as we navigated the variance process, and obtaining final permits. They also handled my MANY questions like Pros ;) Like every project, we hit a few road bumps too, but they were right there with us to offer help and suggestions. I can’t recommend them enough. Now that our house is in its final stages I am so happy we made the decision to stay!
